Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Site, and/or by enrolling in a course/training/service, you agree to each of the Terms of Service set forth herein ("Terms of Service"). If you do not agree with any of the Terms of Service, you are not authorized to access or use the Site for any purpose. By using the Site you express your understanding and agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by this Agreement, please do not use the Site. 

Lucas Institute reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without prior notice.

Registrant hereby acknowledges that Lucas Institute is a non-traditional, non accredited, non-degree offering learning center.  Each Center will note specifically what is offered. Lucas Institute is a collation of an array of learning experiences that will equip the student with the tools they need to succeed in their given pursuits.

Registrant hereby acknowledges that the tools, processes, strategies, techniques, materials, and information presented or included in any of the courses/trainings/offerings (the “Program”) are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Lucas Institute (the “Company”).

Registrant agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from any of the Program materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the Company.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of the tools, processes, strategies, techniques, materials, and information presented or included in the Program by you, or your representatives is prohibited, and the Company will pursue legal action and full damages in order to protect its rights, if these terms are violated.

The Company and its representatives have made every effort to ensure the courses/trainings/offerings provided in the Program is of high quality and, when combined with self motivation, hard work and persistence by qualified registrants (the “Registrant”) who complete the courses/trainings/offerings, will enable the Registrant to pursue the respective endeavors of their choice. However, Registrant understands there is no guarantee that any Registrant will be able to earn money using the techniques, strategies, and information they will learn in the Program.

Nothing on our websites, in our literature or in this Program is a promise or guarantee of a job, or earnings with the Company or any other entity. Your level of success will be determined by many factors that may include time and effort invested in the training, knowledge, financial resources, business savvy, connections, and natural ability.

Because these factors differ from individual to individual, the Company cannot guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You, of course, are fully responsible for your actions, income potential and business success.

Any statements describing a future condition or outcome outlined on our websites or in our Program are simply examples for similar experiences based on current market conditions, and thus are not guarantees or promises of your actual performance or career opportunities.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Company disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, financial loss, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of, or inability to use, the Program or any material appearing on our website, or from any action or decision taken by you as a result of using the Program or any material on our website. Rates subject to change with 5 days’ notice.

Lucas Institute has a NO REFUND/NO CREDIT/NO CANCELLATION Policy.

Registrants fully acknowledges, understand and agree that he/she are making a voluntary, competent and binding decision to undertake courses/trainings/offerings (Program) presented by the Company. Registrants further acknowledges, understand and agree:

* There are fees involved for the pursuit of the Program.

* All fees are considered earned by the Company once the Registrant begins or should have began the Program.

* Registrant will not be entitled to any refund and/or credit for their failure to properly start, continue and/or complete the Program of their choice within the stated timeframes.

* Registrant agree not to make a claim(s) or allegation(s) to their credit card, bank(s), financial institution(s), etc. that they are unaware of the charge(s), withdrawal(s), invoicing and/or billing for the Program. 

* Any charges made by Registrant with a 3rd party vendor MUST be dealt directly with them.  Lucas Institute takes no responsibility for Registrant's actions with them.

The Company at its sole discretion may choose to make an exception to the prescribed Terms of Service without invalidating and/or waiving the full set of indicated Terms of Service.

Registrant waives its right to a class action lawsuit. Registrant having an issue that he/she believes cannot be resolved between the Company and Registrant agrees, if applicable, to present all legal matters only to the proper court in Salem County, New Jersey. Registrant shall be responsible for all expenses and fees for such actions, including the Company’s. 

If Registrant do not agree to fully accept Terms of Service, Registrant(s) should NOT use this website and/or links.
