After spending many years attending real estate investing seminars and workshops, we spent time writing down all the questions we had; 104 to be exact.  And then we pursued to answer ALL of them, so that what we offer is unheard of and has no competition!

All of our training is done by Mentors who are actively involved in real estate investing.  Our materials are modern content; answering the questions and identifying strategies for today.  Training is ongoing, and application is expected.  30 days from the training with direct application, YOU should see results that are distinct and measurable.  Then we would love to have you come back and mentor others.

Our Institute sees REI as an entrepreneurial undertaking.  Having all standards in place is key.  Whether buying 1 or 1,000 units, you need to have your business properly structured.  Corporate rules and laws are important for the success and legacy of your serious work. Business development is included with your training.

This is the biggest challenge for all investors.  We know there are others that teach 'find the deal and then money'.  We prefer money and then the deals.  We provide lenders access to our student for A-Z scenarios.  We are interested in helping our students grow and achieve whatever level of success they desire.  Our goal is to provide a one stop, learning and resources mechanism. Once you become a student of our Institute, you have lifetime access to the entire team and resources. 

We recognize and understand the challenges of past credit decisions.  Through our strategic partnerships, the Institute intends to help our students achieve a better credit profile with the assistance of credit experts.  No magic wand or clicking heels, but a formula to help you work towards credit worthiness that will allow you to obtain funding at better rates and terms.
